Overview
Melissa is a CPA, CIA, and CFE who currently manages the Legal Entity Governance Office (LEGO) at Wells Fargo, where she has been employed since 2006. Prior to her position with LEGO, Melissa spent two years with the Enterprise Controls & Oversight team, focusing on governance, oversight, and reporting over regulatory and risk reports. In addition, Melissa spent nine years with the internal audit department, where she managed oversight and due diligence responsibilities during M&A transactions and supervised complex accounting and financial reporting audits. Prior to her position with Wells Fargo, Melissa was an experienced associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where her work focused on retail, manufacturing, and agricultural clients.
